Pros
Loads of fun and I can't even consider working for another company. Been here for 11 years, probably the best salary in the travel industry and work with some cool like minded people. Don't think there is another company were you can be yourself too much and have so much ownership.
Cons
I suppose priveledges for what works for one person does not always alway to the next. Sometimes the hours can be grueling . Not for the faint hearted.
