Unfair pay structure. You'll have a loyal employee with 10 plus years of service training a new employee with the same pay rate. The good ole boy promotion system is the standard. Abusive upper manger. (You know who you are MH). It was never a great paying job, but it was fun & enjoyable years ago. Now it sux & still below industry pay.
