Pros
When I was there they fostered a family centric attitude towards all of their employees as a whole. They allowed for everyone to thrive in their roles, trusting that everyone that was hired there were all at the top of their game.
Cons
Unfortunately, the department I worked in at the time was becoming increasingly micro managed by certain personalities that did not know how to manage long term. At first they were fine and as a person were nice, but over time it became clear that they were unclear of the way to manage properly.
