Pros

Among the best people working in the "trenches". These people get 5 stars.

Cons

Among the worst people managing those people working in the "trenches". These people get 1 star. These managers will never change the work environment because those doing the real work of delivering the "world class training" will simply adapt and overcome those challenges imposed upon them from higher. In other words, if management sees that 3 people can do the work of 5, 3 people will continue to do the work of 5 (until they become burned out and quit). This leads to non-conforming training and increased regulatory scrutiny. The meager increased compensation for delivering nearly twice the required training to customers annually cannot replace the missed time with family, and the opportunities to decompress and recharge. Nor will it guarantee zero non-conforming training events occur. Giving longevity teammates more vacation is useless if that time cannot be exploited and is ultimately lost on anniversary dates. Let instructors attend professional trade shows and events so the ones MOST responsible for training get the vital insights to industry trends and developments. Too often only management is dispatched to such events but rarely (read NEVER) push that information down stream. The Best of The Best is supposed to peer recognition of outstanding instructors. This is not the case in at least one center. Always selected by senior staff with zero input by instructors (popularity contest). The same goes for the Customer, err Account Executive "Shining Star" That is a rotating section. These programs are not actioned in at least one center as intended.

Pros

PTO, somewhat of a 'decent' salary

Cons

Management, both in the center & corporate. The work tasks are too demanding for the BS pay we get. The verbal abuse we get from pilots. Management has zero issue letting you know when you've done something wrong but if they do something wrong.. nothing happens? Oh I'm away from my computer for more than 15 minutes and now I'm getting scolded by not being on the phone? We can't speak freely. We have to watch what we say on the phone cause everything is recorded. The St. Louis location is a joke, with their petty front desk staff & gaslighting managers. The only people who are cool in the St Louis location are their PM's. This whole company needs a redo. Oh & if you're a biological female.. you're not safe if a transgender woman wants to use your bathroom.
