Clients and Co-workers are great. Management not.

Used to be a good place to work. New management has destroyed morale and made it clear that they only care about making money. They preach that employees are the most important asset and then refuse to pay competitive wages. Just cancelled the most popular medical plan. We now only have choice of a very expensive PPO or two HSA plans that are great as long as you don't get sick. Hired 60 VPs for a company with 4000 employees. Management comes to your location and lies to your face then runs back to Columbus. No career advancement. Pilots are expected to make money in the classroom or sim. Nowhere to go from there. They talk about work/life balance but give us 100% work and no balance. We don't have enough Instructors to have any quality of life. Instructors are leaving in droves to go back to flying or to SWA, AA or CAE. Some take pay cuts just to get away from FSI. After learning today about the elimination of my medical plan I'll be looking for the door too.
