Management speaks loosely about employees and talks behind people’s back. Constantly firing people with little to no warning, making job security unknown and creating extra stress. Constantly changing roles and responsibilities that are expected of TSMs. Trying to grow too fast at the cost of the employees. Long work hours are expected. Low autonomy. Management will change TSMs territory frequently making it hard to sell when no relationship is created.
