Great team, great culture. There are no organizational constraints to performing any role that you want. From full-stack app engineering to infrastructure and qa automation, to leading teams, whatever you want to do, the door is open.

Cons

Currently at the point where the worst traits from both startup and enterprise are present (pretty chaotic, with procedures and processes that should be much more automated).
