This is the most morally and ethically bankrupt executive leadership team (including all of HR) I have ever had the misfortune of working for. They turn a blind eye to executives who harass and retaliate against their employees. Full stop. There are no personal boundaries with this team; they call, email, message at all times, even parents in the hospital giving birth have been called to provide pipeline updates. This company simply does not care about its employees' well-being. Florence - if you don't want reviews like this, don't allow it to happen.
