Pros

Unlimited PTO - join this company if you want a cush job where no one is ever working and you get unlimited days off and mental health days.

Cons

Florence culture is a complete joke. This company is full of egotistical yes men who do not know the industry but are all on a power trip. If you voice your concerns, you will get fired - I have seen it happen time and time again. This company boasts about the same embellished achievements over and over because they don't have many. Their way of "caring for their employees" is allowing them all the time off they want - so they can post about their fake culture all over LinkedIn. Join if you want to work with a team of non credible "humans" who don't actually work at all due to all the days off and team building activities. Would not recommend this company to anyone I care about as all of the people I respected and had the knowledge and leadership skills necessary have left....Steer clear.
