Unlimited vacation days are nice.

Cons

An overall toxic environment. Management does not know what they are doing. They keep restructuring teams. Hiring and firing a bunch of people all the time. Don't expect to rise in the company unless you're willing to be a suck-up.

-Smart and nice colleagues who are fun to hang out with inside and outside the office. -Good tech and customer reviews that make eBinders relatively easy to sell -Solid exec leadership for operations, product, compliance and clinical trials -Culture that rewards high performers -Good CEO

-Low team morale and trust because of rotating door of sales and marketing leaders -High degree of burnout for talented people -Many aren’t motivated because they’ve had so many different managers -Strained sales/marketing relationship because demand gen leader lacks industry knowledge and influence - Lack of AI talent on engineering team
