My coworkers were the only positive thing about working for this company.
Cons
The company is money hungry, greedy, uncaring, selfish, and disrespectful to its employees. The respect and care for patients is no longer present due to upper management only caring about the revenue they bring in instead of how they treat their employees and look out for their patients. Employees have been stripped of any opportunity for a raise and then told they would receive a bonus which upper management could not agree on. This left employees without any type of financial increase for 6 months minimum while consistently increasing the amount of work and responsibility on every employee. They do not know how to treat their employees (or their patients), save yourself the headache/struggle and do not apply here.
