Remote work, though boundaries between personal and professional time are often ignored.
Cons
Leadership turnover is constant. You’ll cycle through bosses faster than you can learn their names, and each one starts by asking what you even do here. Lack of accountability at the top. Leaders deflect blame downward instead of owning their responsibilities. Threats and intimidation are used as “motivation” in group settings. Unrealistic tasks with no guidance, followed by criticism for not magically knowing the unspoken expectations. Zero career ladder. Many employees have been in the same role for nearly a decade because there is nowhere to move.
