      They will work with you on work/life balance issues.

      It apparently helps advancement opportunities just because one worked at Teleflora in the past. For a company that wants to grow, this seems increasingly odd.

      Pros

      Company culture is great - family oriented. At flower Shop Network you work hard, play hard and become part of an office family.

      Cons

      Working Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

      Pros

      I’m salary and the pay is great. Also flexibility to work remote when needed is a huge benefit. Owners are fantastic, really care about their employees. Some really great people to work with.

      Cons

      Obsolete technology. Some managers are very condescending to their employees and other departments. Some projects go to IT and take 4 years to get accomplished. The only valued department is Sales. Working phones on holidays. Pay is not great for everyone not in management.
