      Great flexibility; bad technology

      Pros

      I’m salary and the pay is great. Also flexibility to work remote when needed is a huge benefit. Owners are fantastic, really care about their employees. Some really great people to work with.

      Cons

      Obsolete technology. Some managers are very condescending to their employees and other departments. Some projects go to IT and take 4 years to get accomplished. The only valued department is Sales. Working phones on holidays. Pay is not great for everyone not in management.

      Salary was good and get commission when I hit the target

      Cons

      did not have flexsible time since i was student. so it is a bit hard to arrange my time

      Company culture is great - family oriented. At flower Shop Network you work hard, play hard and become part of an office family.
