Low pay in comparison to other employers for software engineers

I’m salary and the pay is great. Also flexibility to work remote when needed is a huge benefit. Owners are fantastic, really care about their employees. Some really great people to work with.

Obsolete technology. Some managers are very condescending to their employees and other departments. Some projects go to IT and take 4 years to get accomplished. The only valued department is Sales. Working phones on holidays. Pay is not great for everyone not in management.
