This company does have only a few select employees who are as honest and hardworking as upper management is not.

Horrendous work/life balance and company culture. Loyalty, hard work and dedication mean nothing to this company. Compensation is extremely poor. Sr. Management lies about job duties, overburdens employees, and constantly demands employees to take on additional duties. Employees who dare to speak up are either terminated, threatened with termination, or are retaliated against with false written warnings or performance reviews. Employees are constantly being micromanaged or yelled and cursed at. Favoritism, chauvinism and double standards abound. ALL Sr. Management cannot be trusted. They paint a pretty picture before you are hired, none of which is true. The Sr. Management team have wasteful spending habits and are bullies with zero ethics, business sense, or people skills. Company has no HR Department.
