Leaders make bad decisions

Pros

It's a job. If all you are looking for is work, this place is perfect.

Cons

Leaders ask for suggestions but never take them into consideration. Leaders favor certain employees and the rest they criticize, "thrown under the bus" is a common occurrence here. No training, micro managing, and very negative attitudes. The President uses profanities and flies off the handle easily. One never knows what mood he will be in on any given day.

Pros

The days go by quickly due to excess work.

Cons

Very poor Sr. Management skills, which lead to bad business decisions. People have left because they cannot take the constant drama. Low pay for those with higher skills. Micro management from Sr. Staff. There is an air of distrust in the office. Women do not get treated well here, they are the first to be yelled at or put down, even if the issue is another man. Sr. Management all belong to "The Good Ole Boys Club".

Small Company, Great Technology, Poor Ethics

Pros

Market leading technology with vertical integration. Company with limited contact points lead for easy access to solution drivers. Compensation.

Cons

Wasteful conference calls. Work-life balance is poor. Weekend and late night calls from management. Senior management disregard for wasteful spending expenses. Company has no HR and MAJOR issues within senior leadership which has resulted in a high turnover rate. Bullish senior leadership interaction with major distribution channels has resulted in negative market relationships.
