Pros
Great, balanced work environment. Great benefits. (401k matching, 20 days use or lose vacation, 10 Holidays and 1 floating holiday, company pitches in towards health insurance costs) Fun coworkers. Accessible executives. Jeans allowed on Fridays. They even have a fun committee to make sure things in the office are never dull. We celebrate days like Cinco De Mayo and National Chocolate Milk Day. Team and company outings. Pretty good and inexpensive cafeteria food. What's not to love?
Cons
The learning curve for the complex business model isn't for everyone. Once you get here, you do have to take the initiative to dig in and learn your role. Training is available to you and management understands the steep learning curve, so don't be afraid to ask for additional training or help if needed.
