I am new to Foodbuy but have worked for several companies in my career and Foodbuy truly stands out for the following reasons: -The people here are smart, energized and passionate about their jobs. -Foodbuy is owned by a larger company -Compass Group - so career opportunities are endless. -The training and on boarding process is extensive and everyone is eager to help each other succeed. -Diversity is evident and there is a committee dedicated to it. -There is a committee dedicated to planning monthly networking and social events so you have plenty of opportunities to put yourself out there. - Foodbuy is and will always be changing and evolving, so you must be adaptable and eager to learn in order to be successful here. Cons
-Foodbuy is owned by Compass Group (a larger company) and there are not a lot of opportunities to interact cross functionally with that sector of the business. -A con for some individuals could be the constant changes (stated above). -I have not experienced it, but have noticed employees struggling when moving from one department of Foodbuy to another.
