Pros
Everyone who works in the clinic is a little family. We support each other and help each other out. The therapists treat us as their equals rather than less than, and like to engage us in the rehabilitation process.
Cons
The only con is that the pay does not seem to meet the efforts of the exercise technicians. We work really hard and acquire a lot of skills, much further than minimum wage skills. It’s frustrating to think that our value is that of minimum wage.
