Management made various questionable decisions directly negatively impacting the work/life balance of the employees. Very stressful environment and they take advantage of being salaried.

Everybody is very over work and underpaid. Did not get a raise in 2 years. Employees are very under appreciated. Bosses are more worried about throwing parties then how they can Improve the work place. Hopefully you don’t ever want anything to stay confidential because the bosses have big mouths. Your co workers around the office with know things even though you only told the 2 bosses. Can not keep employees due to the insane amount of work put on 1 person.
