Disregard my last 5 star review - Front Office Manager Foothills Sports Medicine Employee Review

Since partnering with Confluent Health, the company culture has been horrible. Front office at many clinics are understaffed, they took away bonuses for employees, and some employees had their pay reduced! In the AZ market, people can't pay their rent with what Foothills/Confluent pays. There is no support for front office staff if someone calls in sick. There is not enough additional staff for adequate coverage. Managements response to lack of staffing is to 'use the kiosk' for patient check in and scheduling.
