Cons
Unfortunately, my role ended abruptly during a departmental “restructuring,” with no prior notice or opportunity to adapt to the new direction. The decision process lacked transparency, and the transition felt unnecessarily cold and disorganized.
Those considering employment here should be aware that changes in leadership priorities can happen quickly and without much communication. While the mission of the County remains admirable, stability and long-term career growth are uncertain if leadership or departmental direction shifts.
