Great work environment - Teacher Fort Bend ISD Employee Review

Work is flexible and staff is great.

In the middle of the day schedule and not much hours.

Our campus administration is fantastic. Supportive, helpful, kind, everything we need.

Immediate district support is lacking and often disrespectful. We have not received a raise in four years, despite tackling more and more workload successfully. Our role has a salary range, and NO ONE is considered for the high end, even those with many more years of experience. Why bother publishing a range when you only give employees the low end? And this with a masters degree?
