Worked with a close knit faculty and under many great administrators; encouraging of making time for self and family

Cons

Usual pitfalls of working in education - too much paperwork, lack of responsibility in the kids and parents; over emphasis on testing and assessments

Pros

Our campus administration is fantastic. Supportive, helpful, kind, everything we need.

Cons

Immediate district support is lacking and often disrespectful. We have not received a raise in four years, despite tackling more and more workload successfully. Our role has a salary range, and NO ONE is considered for the high end, even those with many more years of experience. Why bother publishing a range when you only give employees the low end? And this with a masters degree?
