      Salary on time, good CV experience and that is about it.

      Cons

      Extreme work overload, complicated tickets, phone constantly ringing. No help from managers, team leads as everyone is too busy or even not interested to reply to your messages. Useless onboarding, horrible life/work balance as you need to work in your free time. If you have no other option, you can give it a try.
