Pros

- This very experienced team of managing directors has created a leadership team like a fine-tuned engine, all pointed in the right direction and revved up for success. Every day I learn something new from their business-savvy approach and industry acumen. - Our brand new downtown office is beautiful, with plenty of collaborative spaces and a picturesque view of Orlando and the surrounding areas. - Cyber security is one of the most important industries today, and it's very exciting to be involved. - Management is very kind and considerate towards employees, and they have built a great culture here. I'm looking forward to more people joining the team as we grow. - The benefit of tuition reimbursement is extremely valuable to me; I definitely plan on taking advantage of that.

Cons

- Having an HQ in Downtown Orlando, the construction on Interstate 4 may cause some issues (temporarily) for people commuting on that path during peak times. But luckily, I don't have to use it myself to get here. The improvements to the interstate will end up benefiting the entire region and the economy, so that's a good thing ultimately.

Cons

A lot, The pay is not industry standard, a lot of micro-managing, Bonuses are linked to PTO. Advertise unlimited PTO but if you don't meet an Availability metric you don't receive bonus. Minimum 2-3% raises. Not a great place to work. Lot of turnover
