Pros

Great company culture and team environment offering competitive salary and benefits. Excellent executives and senior-level management that provide a supportive work environment, recognition, as well as opportunities for growth. Working with Alex and Peter (the co-founders) has been a wonderful experience and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such an excellent company.

Remote work, Generally good team members.

Cons

A lot, The pay is not industry standard, a lot of micro-managing, Bonuses are linked to PTO. Advertise unlimited PTO but if you don't meet an Availability metric you don't receive bonus. Minimum 2-3% raises. Not a great place to work. Lot of turnover
