OMG what first started out as Security "Gap Assessments", turned into their version of full-blown audits, which very few, if none of the Assessors were qualified to do. Fortress wanted to become one of the Big-3 Audit Firms; but there was, and is no way this is going to happen. With Monthly goals of completing Assessments in the "miracle number" the Assessments were garbage, and I am sorry to have my name, and professional reputation attached to this work.
If had not been for Covid, there would be no way I would have ever taken or stayed with the company. I made sure that Fortress is not on my resume or in any way linked to my social media profiles at all from day one.
Please be very careful and think long and hard about being in any way affiliated with this company. They had 48+% turnover in 2020 for a reason. Anyone half competent left by the end of the year, or shortly thereafter.
