Pros
None besides maybe the free Chick-fil-A pre COVID one day a week
Cons
Management has no vision besides getting more and more clients. They can not manage the current work load, they basically micromanage everything. Not sure how the clients are still satisfied with the quality of these assessments as they are just rushed out and really provide no value. They have moved to hiring cheap talent (college kids) to actually perform assessments with the goal of getting rid of all senior assessors who cost more. There is no career advancement opportunities. From day 1 you are on your own, there is no training and ALL documentation is severely out dated. There is no actual process documented. Team members are encouraged to speak up on weekly team calls but then are chastised if they say anything negative about process. The turn over here is astronomical, within the last 6 months there are all new team members. All assessors are actually miserable due to the culture.
