The executive team is very hesitant to spend money. Project management very mismanaged as a whole. Senior devs are unwilling to compromise or make changes to improve processes.

Remote work, Generally good team members.

Cons

A lot, The pay is not industry standard, a lot of micro-managing, Bonuses are linked to PTO. Advertise unlimited PTO but if you don't meet an Availability metric you don't receive bonus. Minimum 2-3% raises. Not a great place to work. Lot of turnover
