Broken Promises and Lack of Trust - Software Engineer Fortress Information Security Employee Review

When I joined Fortress, I had high expectations, but they let me down. They didn’t stick to the agreements we discussed when I was hired, which made me feel completely betrayed. Promises about career growth, pay, and a good work environment were not kept. HR performs poorly and didn’t care about Human Resources or keeping promises at all. Communication from management was awful, and despite bringing up my concerns, nothing was done. It felt like they didn’t care about their employees or their well-being. If you're thinking about working here, get everything in writing and be cautious. My experience was a huge disappointment.
