Pros
Some really smart co-workers, product tries to fit a definite need. Some of the reporting provided was very thorough and excellent level of detail.
Cons
Product interface is beyond terrible. Imagine logging on to an application you used at your last job, and then using it at a new job. You would think there would be some consistency...nope. Each instance is unique to the customer, so you cannot build training manuals or easily learn a product when it is always different. Infinite configuration = lack of consistency. Management does not seem to care about employees unless you are higher up, layoffs seem to be commonplace. If you need a paycheck, work here while looking elsewhere, they will have no loyalty to you so why reciprocate? Never worked for a company that did not provide commissions to Sales engineers....my understanding was you get commissions if you hit 100% of quota, so all or nothing, OR you can take a higher base salary.
