My boss, my coworkers & I feel like I'm making a difference.

Cons

I honestly haven't found a con yet but if I was to decide on one I suppose it's that I think with Fairbanks limited job market when they do find good employees they tend to over work them but it keeps people busy and pockets full!

Managed by Virginia Mason, executives are more concerned with their experience than protecting the people and systems that deliver excellent care. Current EHR is not Promoting Interoperability compliant and does not support physician billing or workflows.
