Narrative sounds great, pay may overshadow toxicity at first

Cons

Managed by Virginia Mason, executives are more concerned with their experience than protecting the people and systems that deliver excellent care. Current EHR is not Promoting Interoperability compliant and does not support physician billing or workflows.

Cons

Unfortunately, post Covid times have changed the climate of healthcare for FMH. Regional as well as national politics overall have blurred the sense of a true community hospital. The revolving door of travelers and out of state doctors has increased, I'm afraid.
