I have worked at Foundation Health for 4 years. This is by far the best hospital I have ever worked for! Nurse to patient ratios are excellent, and management cares more about safe staffing than budget. The hospital is community owned, it does so much to support the community and always put patients first! For being a small community the hospital they do a great job keeping up with current technology, offering continued education and career advancement. The culture in this hospital is unmatched. I truly feel that my coworkers and my management team care about me and the patients they serve.
