Pros
Foundation Health truly adopts the philosophy of "patients first" as well as working hard to maintain healthy work-life balances. We are a non-profit, as well as being owned by the community. Our goals are truly focused on what is best and what is needed in the community, whether it makes money or not! We are truly focused on providing the highest quality of diagnostics, treatments and patient care possible. I am speaking as if FHP is my home and pride and joy. Well, it is! This is my home and my family, and we serve my community. I take a lot of pride in this.
Cons
There is a fair amount of turn-over, due to the two military bases here. However, as we work with these military families, they bring new ideas to FHP.
