Pros
Being a military family we move around a lot, which means.. I bounce around to different hospitals every couple of years. In the last 6 years, I have worked at 5 different facilities and I can honestly say that FMH is the most welcoming, caring and honest hospital that I have ever worked for. Not only does HR make the new hire phase so convenient & smooth but every person I encountered since the day I walked through FMH doors 6 months ago has greeted me with open arms & a smile! ..And let me just say that my supervisor is absolutely amazing! I have never had a boss be more involved with her staff to ensure we are all satisfied -to the best of her abilities - with our work environment. I can honestly say that I came to Fairbanks dreading being here for 3 years.. but, because I love my job here at FMH.. I think when that 3 years is up, I will dread leaving Fairbanks because of how wonderful my boss, coworkers & truly.. everyone is here at FMH!!
