TVC First care has been an incredible working environment. As a nurse, it can be hard to find employment where a staff member really feels part of a team. First Care excels at teamwork. Providers are very willing to teach staff, managers and leadership work hard to make staff feel appreciated, and patient care is outstanding.

Cons

We enjoy our jobs and we laugh all day. Sometimes, this can make our faces hurt from smiling. :-)
