Benefits, good PTO benefits, decent coworkers depending on the department.
Cons
Management is a joke, they don’t care about their long term employees. States that high turnover is a “good thing” people with barely any experience being hired in supervisor positions. You’re just another body, no worth. HR doesn’t have any empathy, which made it very hard while going through cancer as a full time employee.
