Leadership is the biggest problem currently. Every company is having staffing issues but we would not be in the deficient we are seeing if we had engaged leadership who listens to staff. The techs are miserable and often have no one to turn to. The communication is reposted what is on our intranet verbatim. If you have an issue afterhours the instructions is NOT to call your supervisor. Longterm employees are leaving. Travelers will not stay on. Favoritism abounds and complaints are go unheard.
