Pros
Good benefits, easygoing culture, nice people. For people without formal education, you can create a long-term career here.
Cons
Nepotism, no career growth for certain roles. If you have experience/education prior to working here, you'll realize you won't be able to grow. Everyone in management has been there 20+ years, and the main individuals getting promotions/lateral career moves are those who start as client services or trainers. They can move into web development, project management, sales, etc. But for those of us with established careers, you will not experience growth here. If you want to come in, put in your 40 hours and pass the time, you'll do well here. If you want to have your input valued, potential for new roles/work, you'll be frustrated.
