Good to gain the call center, customer service and Work @ Home experience under your belt.
Cons
Though it was Work @ Home the SME's & coaches still show favortism in the team chatrooms. They didn't tell us until we were in training that selling would be a requirement, when we were hired for Video Tech support. Getting help from SME's & coaches takes forever and raises your AHT which are part of your metrics.
