Good break area some decent people in the mix of employees good benefits fun incentives

Cons

bad training childish supervisors bad work environment unreachable sales goals draining work tedious day in and out

Pros

Good to gain the call center, customer service and Work @ Home experience under your belt.

Cons

Though it was Work @ Home the SME's & coaches still show favortism in the team chatrooms. They didn't tell us until we were in training that selling would be a requirement, when we were hired for Video Tech support. Getting help from SME's & coaches takes forever and raises your AHT which are part of your metrics.
