Pros

They promote career advancement. The people and company is way more professional than all contact centers in the country. Maybe because is one of the oldest and with more experience but i like they promote people from inside of the company and if you as employee don´t have the skills they teach you how to do the job and you can learn as you grow, which i consider is something nice for people willing to grow within the company. If you are consistent and prepare yourself beforehand you will definitly get a promotion soon or later.

Cons

Nothing related to the companies culture or environment, which is good from my point of view, the only thing i would say is maybe better options when it comes to the cafeteria/meal, at least in Embassy site. I know its something trivial but as i have to write something so there it is.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
