Pros

We were given enough training to understand how our line of work, works. Salary are given on time and we have hmo upon hiring

Cons

The time for training is limited and when we are finally on prod high expections even though we are freshers we are not allowed to make mistakes. I was so eager to learn back then i even go to training even if theres typhoon. It was kind of toxic. Upon hiring said it was changing shift but when finaly on prod we have gy sched only. Understandable because of the account but we dont have work life balance.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
