Thank you so much for your candid review. We're glad to hear that working from home is beneficial for you and we agree you can develop strong customer service and soft skills work with us. Who wouldn't like good hours or a a bonus. While some of our associates use us as a stepping stone, many others have grown their careers within our organization. 93% of our internal employees advance within Foundever. We encourage our associates to discuss career paths with their leaders and management. Jasmin at Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
