Pros
FWi has changed a lot in the few years that I have been here. We left our old pretty crowded run down building and moved to down town denver in a modern building in the art hotel. a lot of the old workers who were big problems are gone now. so now the nice people don;t have to worry so much about getting yelled at and blamed. parking is way better than the dirt lot we use to have with nails and broken glass everywhere. there seem to be more and more events each year and i love that we brign kids and families on site now for kids day, movie night and halloween. the incentive we earn in my dept helps a lot with extra money when we work more. benefits are still not great but a lot better and i know hr has been working to make a lot of things better. it;s like a new company from 4 years ago. I really like working here. And the product is awesome.
Cons
Benefits could be better like more match on the 401K. Would be nice to have parking for everyone not just tenured employees. some of my friends still don;t have a place to park. we have values that most people take seriously but others still say and do what they want and seem to get away with it. Some of the leaders are really nice and some are not. Some walk around and smile and ask how were doing, and a couple look like they could care less if we died and never smile or say hi.
