Cons
There is a reason the company has such a poor rating on Glassdoor. After having been at the company for a few years, it is apparent things are headed in the wrong direction. The employee turnover rate is unbelievably high. People are leaving on what seems to be a weekly / monthly basis. There is tons of middle management at every layer, people are given new titles to just try and keep them around longer. There is essentially a zero work from home policy, unless you are one of the 'special' people (favoritism runs throughout). It was sad to see such a great company fall to pieces over poor management.
