Pros

* Amazing group of talented, dedicated people to work with * Very cool product * Opportunities to work in nearly ever market * Opportunities to travel domestically and internationally * Part of an exciting, up and coming industry * Fun office environment * Remote work flexibility (especially if you're good at what you do) * Opportunities to define your own role (especially as your time with the company grows)

Cons

* Poor salaries, especially given the industry and the company's age * Additionally, asking for a compensation review is often met with a brush off and a sense that you ought to be happy to work at Four Winds * Terrible benefits (10 vacation days per year, lackluster health insurance, zero 401k matching, etc.) * Management that, at times, seems aimless and wandering with its strategies * A heavy, heavy focus on sales as "the good guy who makes the company money" and operations as "the bad guy who screws up everything we try to do" * Additionally, heavy focus on hiring individuals who can bring business in, but a lacking focus on hiring individuals who can deliver the projects * Many half-baked ideas that start as pet projects of higher ups and, 6 months later, find themselves in the garbage bin (after much headache, tension, and stress on the company to start implementing them) * Territorial environment where people unwilling to stand up for themselves often get run over
